San Fernando Internal Medicine was founded in 2016 by Dr. Karine Yeghoyan to deliver high quality, integrative care to the San Fernando Valley.

Karine Yeghoyan, M.D.

Physician, Owner

Dr. Yeghoyan is a board certified internal medicine specialist.
Dr. Yeghoyan received her medical degree from Yerevan State Medical University in Armenia.
She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein Montefiore Medical Center in New York.
She is affiliated with Providence Holy Cross Medical Center.
Dr. Yeghoyan is fluent in English, Armenian and Russian.

Adult Care

We focus on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of acute and chronic medical conditions, including Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, Obesity, Kidney and Musculoskeletal problems in patients over the age 18.

We provide comprehensive Preoperative Physical Examinations
We are available to see post-hospitalization patients for regular observation and care in the critical days and weeks following a hospital discharge

Geriatric medicine focused on the prevention and treatment of disease and disabilities in older adult.

We provide comprehensive care, including education, management of complex psychosocial problems and treatment of challenging medical conditions that extend beyond prescriptions
